    I don't usually make requests, but can we get a version of this mobility routine where the time is longer than 30secs, with at least a 5sec break between each move to give us time to get into position.
    I absolutely LOVE all the moves in this routine but I feel like by the time I'm able to get into position correctly, half of the 30secs is already gone and I have to stop to rewind. It's just so fast, and I'm not a noodle 😂.

    What a wonderful workout! I often skip stretching at the end of an workout because I don't enjoy static stretches but this routine is really effective AND fun. I just wish the exercises were a bit longer with small breaks to get into the next position.

    Loved the moves, but 30 secs are far too short for dynamic stretch - until I got what to do, it was already over...
