I don't usually make requests, but can we get a version of this mobility routine where the time is longer than 30secs, with at least a 5sec break between each move to give us time to get into position. I absolutely LOVE all the moves in this routine but I feel like by the time I'm able to get into position correctly, half of the 30secs is already gone and I have to stop to rewind. It's just so fast, and I'm not a noodle 😂. Thanks so much! I love your videos ❤

What a wonderful workout! I often skip stretching at the end of an workout because I don't enjoy static stretches but this routine is really effective AND fun. I just wish the exercises were a bit longer with small breaks to get into the next position.
Thank you Eleni! I pulled a muscle yesterday so this was a perfect stretch routine for today and I feel so much better already! I enjoyed this so much that I was surprised when it ended 😅 I wish it was longer Happy new year! 🎉
